The South Side Groove Squad I have formed a side project with some friends that's a lot of fun. Marc Reisman, Mark Cholewski, Tom Valentine, Ned Rankin, and myself play together at Excuses Bar (412) 431-4090 in Pittsburgh on the fourth Friday of the month (usually). The show is early, after work (Happy Hour Blues). 6pm -9pm.. We play rock and roll, blues, and rhythm and blues, as well as a few Bill Toms songs thrown in for good measure. a note from Joyce TomsI want to thank everyone who came out to our 7th Annual Thanksgiving benefit concert. It means so much to me to have all the support from my family, friends and of course everyone who comes out to this event. The music was fantastic. Thank you to all musicians. We are very lucky in this town to have so many talented musicians.
